This month’s Agent of the Month is our property practitioner Simoné Pienaar, who joined in early 2022 and has since made massive inroads being part of team Capital. In 22/23 Simoné achieved at the annual prize giving third position Top Agent of the Year and in 23/24 was awarded the Merit award for being a great allrounder, ticking all the boxes for solid mandates, great sales and outstanding client service and satisfaction. Born and raised in Pretoria, Simoné’s blood is blue, not only because she is an avid Blue Bull supporter, but also because we at Harcourts are known as the “blue people.” Specializing in Pretoria Old East, we have no doubt that Simoné will continue to go from strength to strength.
